WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through our site.
Non-Refundable Items
All items purchased from our site are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Nanino by BLV. This policy applies but is not limited to:

Since all items are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellations of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@naninobyblv.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days of order delivery. Please send us an email with your order number, details of the product and images of defect. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is believed to be defective and/or the incorrected item, we will replace it with the same exact item or another item at the exact same price. If you received an incorrect item, we would accept the return and replace it with the correct item from your original order. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
Once your return Is received and inspected, we will send you an email o notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will contact you via email for the next steps on your exchange.
Why No Returns or Exchanges? – You might ask…
Because all pieces are made to order. At Nanino by BLV, we do not hold inventory of any of our pieces and make each piece based on each customer’s order details.
